On this pages you will find a short presentation of SOPP’s services.
SOPP is short for Studentsamskipnaden i Oppland, which translates into English as The Foundation for Student Service in Oppland.

SOPP works to make sure that students enjoy a comfortable life outside of their studies. This means that many of our activities are concerned with student welfare, including social services, psychological treatment and daycares. Some of the activities are financed by the semester fee, which all students are expected to pay to SOPP.

SOPP also runs a number of facilities for students, such as student housing, cafeterias and bookstores.

Students at the following institutions may use SOPP’s services:

• Høgskolen i Gjøvik (Gjøvik University College)
• Høgskolen i Lillehammer (Lillehammer University College)

SOPPs office is located at campus in Gjøvik as well as in Lillehammer.
